NOCtura
NOCtura is a compliant privacy protocol and dual-mode wallet on Solana that lets users switch between Transparent Mode for standard DeFi composability and Shielded Mode for private transfers where sender, receiver, and amount are hidden using zero-knowledge proofs. Its selective disclosure engine — View Keys and Audit Tokens — enables scoped, revocable verification for institutional compliance without exposing full transaction history.

Overview
NOCtura is Solana’s first dual-mode privacy wallet, combining a standard Solana wallet experience with a zero-knowledge shielded execution layer. In Transparent Mode it behaves like any Solana wallet with full DeFi and NFT composability. In Shielded Mode, transfers are executed privately with sender, receiver, and amounts protected using commitments, nullifiers, and Merkle roots verified on-chain. The protocol is not a sidechain or rollup — proof generation happens off-chain while Solana handles verification and finality.
Key Features
- Dual-mode wallet: Switch between Transparent Mode (public, full DeFi access) and Shielded Mode (private transfers) within a single interface
- Zero-knowledge shielded transfers: Sender, receiver, and amount are hidden using ZK proofs anchored on-chain
- View Keys: Scoped, revocable, time-limited read access for counterparties, exchanges, or auditors
- Audit Tokens: Consent-bound attestations (proof-of-funds, KYC pointers) that prove facts without exposing full history
- $NOC utility token: Powers shielded transaction fees, prover/relayer incentives, staking, and DAO governance
